Finally – A New Camera!

  • Photography is another passion of mine that I have neglected recently. I have been using small digital cameras for a long time and feel frustrated by the quality and results of the photos. For awhile I’ve been daydreaming about owning a more professional camera to take better quality photos. Yesterday I felt it was time to upgrade so I bought a new camera! ๐Ÿ™‚
Today I had a lot of fun taking photos and experimenting with it. I especially enjoy taking macro shots which are close-ups of objects and nature. I will need to read the manual and study in more detail how to use this camera but that will take some time. Meanwhile, here are a few photos of my first day of experimenting. I look forward to sharing photos more frequently on the blog.

Wonderful photos, dear Elika. Varya and I miss you tons! ๐Ÿ™‚ Loads of hugs to dear Taraz and Emilia. Tarry too, of course.
Yup, a good camera is pretty awesome. My friend Amani McHugh from the US had a really good camera with incredible zoom. He took some amazing photos with it during his visit in Tanzania in 2006. ๐Ÿ™‚
