The Help of God – duet with my daughter
Some time ago I had the opportunity to record an a cappella piece titled ‘The Help of God’ with my daughter. It always brings me immense joy whenever we sing together.
I often call this inspiring quotation to mind as it reminds one not to dwell on our own shortcomings. This piece is from the Writings of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá and the lyrics are included below.
“Remember not your own limitations; the help of God will come to you. Forget yourself. God’s help will surely come! When you call on the Mercy of God waiting to reinforce you, your strength will be tenfold.”
