Video of the room of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá at Green Acre Baha’i School

A couple of months ago I shared a short clip of the room where ‘Abdu’l-Bahá stayed when He visited the Green Acre Bahá’í School in Eliot, Maine in 1912.  I added my composition ‘Blessings Upon You’ to the clip and was touched by the response even though it was just a few seconds long.

Several friends encouraged me to create a longer video to give a fuller sense of how it feels to visit this special room, so on our last visit to Green Acre I shot additional footage as I approached and entered the room of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá.

As the room of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá is a sacred place associated with His memory, I had to receive special approval to use this footage. I’m grateful to the US National review board for their gracious permission.

I am excited to share the finished video with you and hope that it makes you feel like you are visiting in person!
