'Arise' – a gift of music for the Baha'i Twin Holy Days

Baha’is all around the world will soon be celebrating the Festival of the Twin Holy Days that commemorates the anniversaries of the Birth of Baha’u’llah and of The Bab (this year the Twin Holy Days fall on November 13 & 14).  For some time now I have been wanting to compose a piece for this occasion and have envisioned it being different from any music I have shared before.  It occurred to me that the human voice in choral form would be a most humble and reverent way to show praise on such an occasion, so yesterday I chose a short excerpt from a newly-translated Tablet of Baha’u’llah regarding the Twin Birthdays and set it to music.  The piece is entitled, ‘Arise’, and can be downloaded below.
The music download is a gift for you.  I hope it brings you joy and upliftment.  Please share it with others if you feel inspired to do so!
“O people of Bahá! Soar upon the wings of detachment into the atmosphere of the love of your Lord, the All-Merciful. Arise then to render Him victorious…” -Baha’u’llah
